Space sizes and categories are first come first serve basis. Only if items are out of stock, then please join the Waiting List. The only place to apply/register for our craft fair event is on this page, or in person at the physical store location. You will be required to provide a signed copy of the guidelines at least 10 days prior to the event date by mail, email, or signed at the store in person. If needed, Makers must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. “Booth” spaces are the dimensions listed at time of purchase. Spaces cannot be requested. There is typically no space for side displays. Booth spaces are directly beside each other. If you are using a tent please be sure it does not exceed your permitted space of 10×10, 10×14, or 10×16. “Table only” spaces are strictly limited to one single table and any items that fit on it. There is no space available on the sides to display products. You will be able to display items on your table itself have storage space under the table and be able to have a chair or two behind the table. Only small tents allowed that will not exceed 6×8 space. Makers must be selling handmade items, no purchase and resell items are allowed. If purchased items are used in your handmade item, this is ok, but all your items must be hand or selfmade. After approval, if any resale items are found within your table or booth, they will be asked to be removed. No weapons, illegal items, food or drink (special approval only). You are responsible for the items you sell! It is up to you to determine if your products are legal to sell in the state of New Jersey. In the event your application is not approved, the credit card hold for your application fee will be reversed and returned. Makers will be approved prior to the event, and there is a chance your application can be denied if there is not enough space available. Applications will be accepted on a first come basis. In the event your application is denied, all application fees will be promptly refunded. Photos or links to products will be requested with your application. Makers arrive with enough time to set up their table or booth to be completed a minimum of a half an hour before the event start time. Although you can continue setting up, cars must be moved and parked in the designated Maker parking area a minimum of a full hour before the event start time. Please be sure you are available for rain dates, as refunds will be unavailable. In the event a rain date is also rained out, a new date will be announced, and if vendors are unable to attend the newly proposed date, they will be credited for a future event. If a signed copy of the guidelines (click here) is not provided at least 10 days prior to the event, your space will be given up to a waiting list vendor and no refunds will be provided.
